It is my privilege to recommend Ed Funderburk for your consideration to help your church. I have known Ed and his wife, Bethani, for many years. Our roots go back to when we attended college together, and later Ed was on our staff here at Gateway.

For more than 14 years, Ed served and led in various departments at Gateway but was primarily focused on overseeing our ministry to our affiliated and partner churches. He consulted with, served, and assisted hundreds of churches across the country. Before transitioning off our staff, he helped launch the Gateway Church Network. Throughout his tenure, he demonstrated exceptional abilities to help churches work through tremendously difficult situations at all levels of their organization to reach Spirit-led decisions.

Dedicated to fulfilling God’s call on his life, Ed chose to enter into a new season of ministry outside of Gateway, and I believe his anointing in the area of administration and organization would be of great benefit to you. He loves the Church and enjoys working with those who serve in ministry. He is a friend, encourager, and confidant to many pastors. He is able to listen and offer objective feedback with possible solutions to issues that every pastor and church face. In fact, many of the churches he has assisted over the years have experienced dynamic growth and increased health in their organization and staff.

In addition, Ed is a gifted teacher and enjoys preaching, training leaders, and coaching pastors and their teams. I strongly believe his administrative gift can assist pastors in structuring their staff and ministry for great results.

I confidently recommend Ed to assist your church in consulting, organizational administration, and problem solving.

Sincerely,

Robert Morris
